nuvi 250 garmin gps question / issue?
I tried to find jump street and there are NO NO NO J letters in the abc order. Why?
it goes h i k l m n o p etc.
is there something special u have to type in to get a J letter? it's crazy - i have had it for 2 months and i use it for delivery and i never had to deliver to a street that starts with J until recently. Has anyone else had this problem?

look closely there are 2 H's where the J should be. scewy huh? i got it from qvc. what should i do?

I have another Garmin and the keyboard is in alphabetical order (not QWERTY), and there is a J between I and K. Nothing special is needed. I can't imagine how your GPS can have a problem like that.
Edited to add: Try updating your software by using the WebUpdater which you can download here: http://www8.garmin.com/products/webupdater/howtoinstall.jsp . I am not sure that it will fix it, but it's worth a try.
